K TCG BACOLOD is a Trading Card Game and collectible card store located in Bacolod City, Philippines.

We sell Trading Card Game products, collectible cards, accessories, sealed products, and related merchandise through our physical store and online store.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, individual cards are not guaranteed to meet the grading standards of PSA, BGS, CGC, or any other grading company.

4. Product Condition

Trading Card Game products may contain factory imperfections.

Examples may include:

Minor printing imperfections;
Slight centering differences;
Minor whitening;
Small scratches;
Packaging variations;
Factory seals or wrapping variations.

Such characteristics do not necessarily constitute a defect.

For individual cards, the condition stated in the product listing is the condition applicable to the item.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices may be displayed in the currency supported by our online store.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, K TCG BACOLOD reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund for any payment already made.

Promotional prices, discounts, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions stated at the time of the promotion.

6. Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once K TCG BACOLOD has confirmed the order and payment has been successfully processed.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

K TCG BACOLOD does not directly store complete payment card information on its own systems.

Customers may place orders using payment cards issued outside the Philippines, subject to the availability and approval of the payment provider.

If your payment card is issued in a currency different from the currency charged by the payment provider, your bank or card issuer may convert the transaction into your local currency.

Exchange rates and foreign transaction fees may be determined by your bank, card issuer, payment network, or payment provider.

K TCG BACOLOD is not responsible for additional foreign exchange fees charged by a customer's financial institution.

9. Shipping

We ship orders to destinations available through our shipping options.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by:

Import procedures;

Carrier delays;

Incorrect or incomplete addresses;

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

K TCG BACOLOD cannot guarantee that an order will be accepted by customs in the destination country.

12. Collectible Products and Sealed Products

Trading Card Game products are collectible products.

For sealed products, the contents are determined by the manufacturer.

K TCG BACOLOD does not guarantee:

Specific cards;
Specific rarities;
Pull rates;
Valuable cards;
Specific card quantities beyond the manufacturer's stated contents.

Opening a sealed product constitutes acceptance of the manufacturer's randomized contents.

A customer cannot request a refund because the cards obtained from a sealed product are not the cards or rarity they hoped to receive.

13. Graded Cards

For graded cards, the grade displayed in the product listing refers to the grade assigned by the relevant grading company.

K TCG BACOLOD does not guarantee that a card will receive a particular grade if the customer subsequently submits the card for grading.

Grading opinions may differ between companies and individual graders.

14. Order Restrictions

To protect our customers and our business, we may limit or refuse orders that appear to involve:

Fraudulent activity;
Payment abuse;
Unauthorized payment methods;
Resale manipulation;
Automated purchasing systems;
Excessive chargebacks;
Suspicious purchasing patterns.
